Description
Alien Crusader is an action packed, vertical scrolling, space shooter game, similar to classic coin-up arcade and shoot'em up games. It is Free-To-Play with a Premium upgrade option. It features end-bosses, laser cannons, explosions, heat-seeking rockets, spacecoins, weapon upgrades, asteroids, alien motherships, online player statistics, online Top-100 Leaderboard, and 25+ stages with lots of action! Weapon upgrades are unlocked as you improve your skill level, and stages are unlocked as you reach them. Unique gameplay features include Time-Warp that slows down time for dodging bullets, and Hologram that introduces a mirrored ghostship for twice the firepower.
History
Development of Alien Crusader began in 2010. An early, non-final version of the game was released to a small audience in 2011 (14 levels). The final version of "Alien Crusader" was released on Steam in March 2018 (25 levels).
